
Olive & Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Marinara Sauce
- Del Monte Black Olives
- Mozzarella & Parmesan
- Cheese
- Fresh Basil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500F (260C). Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, adding remaining 1/4 cup flour if dough is too sticky, about 2 minutes. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a greased pizza pan.
- Spread Marinara Sauce on the crust with Black Olives, Cheese and top it with Parmesan cheese.
- Slide onto the hot pizza stone or preheated back of a baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and decorate with fresh basil. Slice and serve hot! Thin Crust Olive & Basil pizza is ready to be served!
