Ingredients
- 1 cup masoor daal
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chicken cube
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 tbsp cream
Directions
- Soak masoor daal for 30 minutes in 1 cup water.
- In a pot add oil and sauté onions and chopped garlic until soft.
- Add chopped potatoes, carrot , tomato, masoor daal and mix well.
- Add water ,chicken cube ,chilli powder and salt to taste and cover with the lid.
- Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes until everything is done.
- Add 3 tbsp cream and blend it , if the consistency is too thick add more water.
- Drizzle some more cream on top and serve hot.
