
Lentil Kababs

Ingredients
- ¼ cup boiled masoor daal
- ¼ cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 4 medium potatoes boiled
- ½ tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- Egg for coating as required
- Bread crumbs for coating as required
Directions
- Soak masoor daal for 30 minutes in 1 cup water. Cook the lentils in its own water until tender and set aside.
- Mix boiled masoor daal and all of the above mentioned ingredients together until well combined.
- Make shape of kababs. Roll in egg and then in bread crumbs .
- Shallow fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with sauce of choice.
