Lentil Kababs

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup boiled masoor daal
  • ¼ cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 4 medium potatoes boiled
  • ½ tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Egg for coating as required
  • Bread crumbs for coating as required
 

Directions

  • Soak masoor daal for 30 minutes in 1 cup water. Cook the lentils in its own water until tender and set aside.

  • Mix boiled masoor daal and all of the above mentioned ingredients together until well combined.

  • Make shape of kababs. Roll in egg and then in bread crumbs .

  • Shallow fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with sauce of choice.
