Lentils Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp masoor daal
  • 5 tbsp moong daal
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pinch of chicken powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 curry leaves
  • Water to make paste
 

Directions

  • Soak both the lentils together for 1 hour.

  • In a blender add all the ingredients and make a thick smooth paste by adding limited amount of water.

  • Batter should be smooth.

  • Heat up a non stick pan, pour ½ cup of batter with a ladle.

  • Cook each side for 3 minutes then flip carefully.

  • Stuff it with kababs or salad of your choice then roll it and serve.
