Ingredients
- 5 tbsp masoor daal
- 5 tbsp moong daal
- ½ tsp salt
- Pinch of chicken powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 3 curry leaves
- Water to make paste
Directions
- Soak both the lentils together for 1 hour.
- In a blender add all the ingredients and make a thick smooth paste by adding limited amount of water.
- Batter should be smooth.
- Heat up a non stick pan, pour ½ cup of batter with a ladle.
- Cook each side for 3 minutes then flip carefully.
- Stuff it with kababs or salad of your choice then roll it and serve.
