Ingredients
- 1 cup maash daal
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 whole black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 6 to 7 mint leaves
- ¼ cup fried onion
Directions
- In a pot soak maash daal for 30 minutes in 3 cups of water.
- Boil maash daal for 30 minutes or until tender and keep it aside.
- In a pot heat oil and fry whole black pepper and ginger garlic paste.
- Add boiled maash daal to it and add all mentioned seasonings.
- Add a little water and cook until well incorporated.
- Add fried onions and mint leaves.
- Serve with rice or chapati.
