Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 4 cups Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
 

Directions

  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add corn, cook for 6 min, stirring frequently.

  • Stir in sour cream; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.

  • Remove from heat; stir in cheese and basil.
