Olive & Potato Cheese Fiery

Ingredients

    For Partial Boiling:

  • Potatoes 2 kg
  • Salt 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp
  • For Coating:

    Corn flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Del Monte Olives
  • Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn For Garnishing
 

Directions

    For Partial Boiling:

  • Boil water in a big pot with salt and water. When water starts to boil add potatoes (peeled & cut in log forms). Boil for just 2 minutes.

  • Strain the potatoes by keeping them under cold water to prevent further cooking let them dry completely.
  • For Coating:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then add water to make medium thick paste. The paste should be thick enough to coat potatoes completely it shouldn’t be too thick or too runny.

  • Coat the potatoes with breadcrumbs. Keep them in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before frying.

  • Fry the potato logs in fryer until golden brown Sprinkle some Chili Powder and Assemble the serving plate after the Condiments below are made.
