Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 kg
- Salt 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon 1 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Del Monte Olives
- Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn For Garnishing
For Partial Boiling:
For Coating:
Corn flour 1 cupDirections
- Boil water in a big pot with salt and water. When water starts to boil add potatoes (peeled & cut in log forms). Boil for just 2 minutes.
- Strain the potatoes by keeping them under cold water to prevent further cooking let them dry completely.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then add water to make medium thick paste. The paste should be thick enough to coat potatoes completely it shouldn’t be too thick or too runny.
- Coat the potatoes with breadcrumbs. Keep them in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before frying.
- Fry the potato logs in fryer until golden brown Sprinkle some Chili Powder and Assemble the serving plate after the Condiments below are made.
